Spawns
Cherubi and Drifloon will appear more frequently in the wild during the event. Both will have an increased chance of appearing as Shiny Pokémon.
Research
Field Research tasks focused on Poké Ball throwing accuracy will reward encounters with Cherubi, Drifloon and Phantump. Phantump encountered through these tasks will have an increased Shiny chance.
Free Timed Research focused on catching Phantump will be available throughout the event. Rewards include Phantump encounters, XP, Stardust and more.
An optional US$1.99 event-exclusive Timed Research offers additional Phantump encounters, XP, Stardust and more.
All Timed Research tasks must be completed and rewards claimed before September 26, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Features
Phantump encountered through Field Research, free Timed Research and paid Timed Research will have an increased Shiny chance.
Tickets can be purchased for US$1.99 and gifted to Pokémon GO friends who have reached Great Friends or higher. Tickets cannot be purchased with PokéCoins.
