Koffing, Slugma, Numel and Magmar can be encountered as Shiny Pokémon.
Raids
Pokémon caught from one-star and three-star Shadow Raids during the event will have a wider variance of Attack, Defense and HP.
Research
Progress through GO Pass: Harvest Festival to receive a Super Rocket Radar and track down Giovanni at PokéStops. Giovanni will have Shadow Zekrom.
GO Pass rewards can be claimed until Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Event-themed Field Research tasks will reward Fast TMs, Charged TMs and Mysterious Components.

Shiny Shroodle makes its Pokémon GO debut and can be hatched during the event if you are lucky.
Team GO Rocket has added Shadow Wimpod, Shadow Fomantis and Shadow Sandygast to its lineup. Team GO Rocket Grunts and Leaders Sierra, Cliff and Arlo will also be using different Shadow Pokémon.
Shadow Zekrom can be rescued from Giovanni. If you are lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one.
Shadow Pokémon and Purified Pokémon cannot be fused with other Pokémon.
