Choose Your Path Timed Research is designed to let Trainers focus on the way they prefer to play Pokémon GO during non-event weeks.
Explore focuses on an exploration-oriented path, Catch focuses on catching Pokémon, and Battle focuses on battling. Pokémon GO has not yet revealed the specific tasks or bonuses associated with each path.
Your choice will shape your Timed Research experience for the week, and different Trainers may receive different research opportunities.
